There are seven recommended health screening tests that all men should consider having run in the interest of their own good health and long life. All seven tests may not apply to all men. Four of these tests, however, do apply to all men at different ages.
Health Screening Tests for Cholesterol
Most men just don’t believe they have High Cholesterol and don’t take the time to have it checked.
For most men, you should have your cholesterol checked every 5 years starting at 35.
However, if you smoke, have diabetes, or if heart disease runs in your family, you need to start testing at the early age of 20.
If you are overweight - you need to get that check up now no matter what your age.

As a man, young or old, you ought to be concerned with the state of your skin. Many men seem like they could care less about the state their skin. With the Hockey season just starting up, who has time to worry about skin care?
If you plan on going down to the pub to catch the game with your buddies, you should heed my advice and do your best to look good. Hey, you never know when you are going to meet Ms. Right! You should all know by now that we want a man who takes care of himself and puts some effort into his appearance.
Cleansing is important part of everyday skin care. Good old soap and water is better than using nothing at all, but hand soap is designed for use on hands. Feel your hands. I don’t think anyone wants a face that feels like that. Why not try something new?

The cause of premature ejaculation is not clear and the disease is believed to be mainly a psychological problem. To understand how premature ejaculation can be successfully treated, we need to present some facts related to ejaculation and its mechanism.
The mechanism of ejaculation is actually quite complicated and is associated with three different simultaneous events:
- release of semen from the prostate (seminal emission),
- propelling the semen out the prostate and penis (ejaculation ),
- and prevention of semen going backwards into the bladder (bladder neck closure).
In a very simple representation, the male ejaculatory mechanism consists of two reflexes: the glans-vasal and urethromuscular. Glans-vasal reflex seems to bring the semen to the posterior urethra (the emission phase of ejaculation) and then the urethromuscular reflex ejects it to the exterior (ejection phase of ejaculation).
